This post is in reference to my I heart Tina Fey post, where I subtly mentioned I would post a separate entry dedicated to Tina’s scar with the hopes of landing some searches.
Here’s one photo that clearly shows her scar. Here‘s another one, and here‘s another one. Before I searched for Tina Fey on the internet, I was not aware of her famous scar. Either they do a good job concealing it or our television is just blurred. However, it did not affect my admiration for Tina the slightest bit; if not, I find her all the more sexy that she’s that comfortable in her own skin.
Her scar runs from the bottom of her left ear up to a quarter of her lower lip like a head microphone. I searched deep and wide to find any information about her scar but unfortunately, how she acquired it might forever remain a mystery. Google answers claims that there is a site dedicated to her scar but it’s been down ever since. Then there are a bunch of humored-up answers on some of her interviews – from a dogbite, a car accident, a phaser and even from “saving lives in the war of 1812.” But, the only “real” quote that Tina has ever said about her scar is “It’s a childhood injury that was kind of grim,” she said. “And it kind of bums my parents out for me to talk about it.”
