Hey, there’s a Criselda Volks scandal out there

Friday, October 31st, 2008

FYI

What’s up, Criselda Volks? Readers, just so you know, and, expect no links coming from this blog. But yes, it is a full-blown video scandal - I have seen it - undeniable. Clear, amateurish, .3gp file taken from a phone camera. And may I just add that this will not do anything for her “career.” Ugly. Come to think of it, this is all in tune with Halloween.

Still interested? Of course you are. Seriously though, nowadays access to such files is as easy as a Google search.

I’m not really familiar that familiar with Criselda Volks so I did some research. Get this, just about a year ago she attempted suicide by ingesting liquid bleach and detergeant. Obviously, it did not work. All this apparently because of a break-up - I wonder though if this is the guy in the video. What’s up, Criselda Volks?

Happy Halloween!

November 3, 2008 update

Criselda Volks admits; says she is the victim in all of this. I completely agree. If “it” or “she” were prettier by even the slightest degree, this would have made her an icon.

Nadine Howell, the sister

Thursday, October 30th, 2008

…of Rhian Denise.

…Rhian Ramos! Below is her younger, I think, sister. She looks a lot like Rhian but I have to say, Rhian has more of the cute factor. Nadine Ramos Howell looks more like the mature type. Yes, Rhian’s real last name is Howell. I don’t have that much information about the Howells, but it looks like Nadine’s a model. I also think they have another sister.

Rhian’s really getting big - with Lalola and stuff - it’s only a matter of time before Nadine becomes a household name as well, maybe.

Pinoy Fear Factor bebots

Wednesday, October 29th, 2008

I don’t think I’ve ever seen an episode of Fear Factor with, to say the least, “unattractive” participants. And now that the Pinoy franchise is all set, the trend will surely be passed on. Female contestans with link to individual galleries listed below.

Phoemela Baranda

I wonder how she’d handle the physical challenges with her modelesque stature.

LJ Moreno

I miss LJ; glad she’s back. I wonder if she’s “cowboy” enough though, maybe she’ll channel the athleticism she gained from dating a bunch of ballers.

Gail Nicolas

Mossimo Bikini Summit 2007 winner. She has a blog.

Janna Dominguez

Former “Wowowee” host, currently part of “Banana Split.”

Savannah

All I know is she’s a “ledge dancer.” Cool. Gallery coming soon.

We all know how sick some of these Fear Factor challenges can be, so these bebots, especially the lesser-known ones, will either make it or break it - by doing some really “turn-off” stuff.

Pinoy Fear Factor is an ABS-CBN franchise, just Google it for schedules. By the way, it will be held in South America. I don’t know why.

How about Dianne Elise?

Tuesday, October 28th, 2008

Boy, either you guys are just hard to please or you all just go straight to the gallery without giving a fudge about this blog.

Below, attempt number two to please some blog readers.

Dianne Elise

I think her “professional” music career is about a year old already; anyway, I’m probably just really out of the loop or just don’t listen to anything pop-y. I have heard of her though because one of the perks of having a lyrics site - you’re always in the know.

Research, research. Dianne is Dianne Elise Palad Eclar, was born on November 26, 1985 (which makes her 22), and stands 5′2″. I think she qualifies as a “Fil-Am” since she spent most of her life in the US. She did however, studied college here at Miriam College, Katipunan.

She has an album out called Now & Then, which was popularized by the single, “You’re The Inspiration.”

I’m not sure how much you’d be impressed by her photos, but trick here really, is to watch her live performances @ YouTube. If that doesn’t do anything for you, you’re made of stone (or are gay).

Please post comments

A friend of mine once told me the “MYMP theory.” During their performances, every beer-guzzling yuppie wants a piece of the singer. But on a regular day, they probably won’t even notice her - which is why they’re all under the impression that they “can.” Take notice the next time, it’s funny.

Dianne, even under normal circumstances (not performing), is already a looker. Let’s see, I see a bit of Maricar de Mesa, Guila Alvarez, Kyla and Riza Santos on her.

But… it’d be a lot cooler if she were in a band.

Cebu’s Blinky de Leon

Monday, October 27th, 2008

I don’t really remember how I discovered Ms. Blinky, all I know is that she’s been on my “to-feature” list long enough. Blinky de Leon is a model from Cebu and is a member of M.A.C. (Models Association of Cebu). She also appears on television - ABS-CBN Cebu - as a host of a show called MagTV.

She’s 19 years old, stands 5′6″ tall, and studies (or studied) at Mary Help of Christians School. What else… yup, that’s all I know. I will however, update this post regularly.

Visayan counterparts, spill the beans. Gwapa? More Cebuanas soon.

Photos “borrowed” from Wenwen Zaspa’s Multiply account.

…she has some Nicolette Bell angles.

Bianca Roque and Monica Yncierto

Your newest MYX VJs

These two won the 2008 MYX VJ Search (plus 2 dudes), which was commenced last October 21, 2008 at Trinoma. So much for our top pick, Sami Pinto. Anyway, I don’t know squat about MYX and these two, so I’ll just relay and judge what I read on blogs and stuff.

Martina Bianca Roque

She’s the model, she’s the looker. According to her profile, she’s 23 years old and stands 5′4″. She also has a profile here, which led me to believe she really did some modeling. She’s got that chinita thing going on.

Monica Kay Yncierto

She’s the qualified one, I would think, and the one to give balance to MYX’s showibiz-infested decisions. She was a radio DJ. Her profile photo is quite deceiving though, especially after I saw these.

Below left, Bianca, right, Monica.

Mila Kunis of Max Payne

Thursday, October 23rd, 2008

All grown up

Here’s one good reason to watch Max Payne. Mila Kunis, who, prior to this movie was best known for playing the superficial but hip and hot Jackie Burkhart from the series, That ’70s Show, is now all grown up; she now plays assassin, Mona Sax in the movie, Max Payne.

She has a distinct look, doesn’t she? Plus she’s got that Jolie-eyes thing going on - she did once play the role of a young Angelina Jolie in the movie Gia.

Are you hot for the Mila Kunis-type? A cross between Angelina Jolie, Vanessa Hudgens, Rachel Bilson, Katie Homes, Aishwarya Rai, and maybe some Jodi Sta. Maria. Click below to view more pictures.

Ellen Adarna UNO October 2008

Wednesday, October 22nd, 2008

The eagle, or rather, the “Adarna,” has landed. UNO’s much-anticipated second feature (in one year) of Ellen Adarna is finally out. Truth be told, I think I’m getting tired of Ms. Ellen - just because I always have to be in the lookout for Ellen-matters.

Anyway, the pictures are great. She’s photogenic as hell (as always), but all that “topless” marketing ploy is well, just that. Nothing really in here to stir up some sexual fantasies - for me at least. As always, thanks to my source-who-must-not-be-named.

Ellen Adarna gallery - just 7 shy of breaking 400 pictures. Click below for the scans. Finally, if you like what you see, support local publications by buying a copy.

Anne Curtis back on the market

Dyosa, in deep after breakup

Anne Curtis will take a one week vacation in the U.S. to take her mind of her recent breakup with that boyfriend of hers. Now, I don’t want this to become a showbiz intriga blog, so just read the details here. However, any excuse to talk about luscious Anne, I’ll take.

Dear God, Anne is just so hot. There’s really something about her that tickles my fancy - like this cute but salbahe look. And the fact that she’s on the “malaman” side just makes her more sexually attractive - just check out some of her recent Dyosa photos.

So, this is actually good news - that she’s once again available - but while the Dyosa is still sad (and I as well), we weep…

Vanessa Hudgens, Filipinas represent

Monday, October 20th, 2008

I just heard from someone (from somewhere) that Vanessa Hudgens was interviewed by GMA7’s Showbiz Central yesterday. Now, we all know how Ms. Hudgens loves to dwell on the fact that she’s partly Filipina (wait, you didn’t know that?) - she even graced the cover of Filipinas magazine - I’m just surprised how this blog has not covered anything about that.

Anyway, I’m sure the complete transcript of that interview will surface on all kinds of blogs today, but for now, this I know… when asked what her message was for all Filipinos out there she said, “I’m proud to represent Filipinos, there aren’t that many of us out there, and it’s such an honor to have all of your support.

…she’s still the queen of all pinoy scandals.
