Carmen Soo. A Malaysian actress who starred in something called “Kahit Isang Saglit” alongside Jericho Rosales, and who apparently, was blamed for the Jericho-Heart breakup. Research says she’s 75 percent Malay and 25 percent British.
She came back (Pinas) last Tuesday, November 18, in time for the photo shoot of her newest endorsement, Petit Monde, which is why I saw her being interviewed on some local show. Click below.

She’s the one who seems like she could use some braces.

She’s the one who looks like a less-attractive Heidi Klum, and has a very small (and square) face. She may be my least favorite.
Miranda Kerr
Australian, 5′9″, 25 years old.
She’s the one who looks like she’s from another planet. Very weird look.
Selita Ebanks
Caymanian, 5′7 1/2″, 25 years old.
Well, she’s black. Think Tyra Banks’ replacement.
So there you go. By focusing on their “flaws,” we were able to tell them apart. By the way, model-wise, you can’t get any better than these - they are the highest paid models in the world.

The 2008 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was just recently held last weekend, November 15, somewhere in Miami. Now, locally, I know for a fact that this is a big thing - especially among college frat boys - and watching it is an event in itself. The show will be televised in the U.S. on December 3, so back here, expect it to be shown by Star World sometime after that.
This post was made so you could be the “resident supermodel expert” when you and your homeboys watch the 2008 VSFS, or any other supermodel event in the future. Put together, these supermodels are hard to tell apart - they all look the same to the unknowing eye. So below, in 2 sentences or less, papakilala ko kayo.
In alphabetical order (first name), below, I give you the first five (of nine).
Adriana Lima
Brazilian, 5′10″, 27 years old.
She’s the one with a really exotic look (borderline Amazona), with eyes that don’t match - think pinays wearing contatcts. She’s the only true morena, and one of my least favorites.
Alessandra Ambrosio
Brazilian, 5′10″, 27 years old.
She’s the one with the semi-crossed (duling) eyes.
Doutzen Kroes
Pronounced Doo-tza Kroos. Dutch, 5′10″, 23 years old.
She’s the one who looks like Denise Richards, and the only one you can consider having some laman. She’s my favorite.
Heidi Klum
German-American, 5′9 1/2″, 35 years old.
Dude, you should be able to tell who Heidi Klum is.
Izabel Goulart
Brazillian, 5′ 9 1/2″, 24 years old.
I know Izabel from watching Conan O’Brien - as the one who flirts and likes Conan - watch that and you’ll be all set. I can’t think of anything wrong with her face, but she’s the thinnest though.
Melanie Nunez Fronckowiak, from Brazil, holds the title, “World’s Most Beautiful Bottom.”
The coveted title was won on the second Show Me Your Sloggi underwear contest - a world wide internet contest wherein over 11,200 hopefuls from 26 countries entered by submitting their photos to www.sloggi.com.
45 finalists were judged by a panel in Paris, France, last November 12. She also has a male counterpart by the way, but let’s not discuss that.
The 20-year-old Melanie won an international modeling contract for Sloggi, €15,000 prize money, and exclusive insurance for her bum.

Now that doesn’t sound right, right? News is that Marian is now officially Ginebra San Miguel’s calendar girl for 2009. Meanwhile, I still can’t believe she’s the sexiest.
Let’s look at former Ginebra calendar girls first - Iwa Moto, Angelica Panganiban, Maureen Larrazabal, Belinda Bright, Maricar de Mesa, Aubrey Miles, Rica Peralejo, Geneva Cruz and Patricia Javier. See the trend? No problems picturing these girls drinking Ginebra because we’ve seen their privates.
Marian Rivera has not even appeared on a major men’s magazine yet. To pull-off the calendar, one must be able to look at it and think only of one thing - sex. So let’s see.
All I’m saying is, I think Marian’s too clean to be hanged on sari-sari stores, and, both Ms. Rivera and Ginebra are confused as to what key demographic they’re really trying to capture.
Who cares? The calendar will be out next month. Watch out for it.

No scans yet. Like I said, UNO comes out late - usually on the last week of the month. Just wanted you to know and see the lovely (and kind of stylish) cover below. This is Kat Alano’s second UNO cover appearance, the first one was on March of 2006. Kat Alano… this is going to be yummy.
I think the only ones enjoying these near-naked photoshoots are the photographers and editors - lucky bastards! Anyway, here’s Playboy’s contribution for the month of November.
Cassandra Ponti, of Pinoy Big Brother fame, looking all exotic pinay-y, is the latest victim of the “Heff.” Readable parts of the article say that she’s now a member of a group called Koolchx - a girl band - who sang the theme song (of the same title) to ABS-CBN’s Banana Split.

Below is Karla Paula Henry, our new Miss Earth 2008. She is the first Filipina to hold the title - most known (prior to this) as the one which Priscilla Meirelles won.
Apparently, Miss Earth is considered as one of the three largest beauty pageants in the world. It has been held here in the Philippines since 2001 - so I guess it was conceptualized by Filipinos.
Prior to winning Miss Earth, Ms. Karla Henry (who has a Wikipedia entry) was a Cebu-based model (height: 5′9″). Additionally, she also “brought home” the Miss Earth Designers Award and Miss Photogenic special award from said pageant.
Yasmien Kurdi Manual November 2008
Just saw the cover of the latest Manual magazine and me want! Yasmien, Yasmien! I know, I know… I was like that too (”Yasmien? So?“) before, until me and my “homeboys” saw her in person. So there you go, I’m a fanboy!
So can anyone please lead me to the goodness that is within the pages of this issue. Better yet, let me just buy a copy. Watch out for it.
